Standard Criteria
One nights deposit or credit card details are required to hold the room
Full refund if 24 hours notice of cancellation is provided
For cancellations within 24 hours, one night’s accommodation will be charged. A refund may be given if the room is sold This is at the management’s discretion

This deposit is non refundable if reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival
Minimum length of stay requirements may apply in which case if stay is shortened within 14 days of arrival the full stay may be charged. This is at management’s discretion

Groups and Conferences
Cancellations within 14 days notice will incur a 50% charge of each room held. Cancellation within 24 hours notice will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation on each room held. This is at Managements discretion.
School groups and Sport teams are required to pay a deposit of one night’s accommodation.
